Agreement and authorized access
These terms apply to the Eva website and experimental private beta. By using Eva, you agree to these terms and the Privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use or connect an account to Eva.
Eva is currently available only to people specifically authorized by the operator. You may not share access, credentials, tokens, or connected accounts with another person. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement.
Experimental private beta
Eva is under active development. Features may be incomplete, change without notice, behave unexpectedly, or be removed. Private-beta access is provided for evaluation, learning, and iterative development—not as a generally available production service.
The website may describe a roadmap. Roadmap items are plans, not promises or commitments to deliver a feature by a particular date.
Your decisions remain yours
Eva may summarize information, identify possible relevance, or suggest a next step. You must review Eva's suggestions, verify important facts, and decide whether any action is appropriate. Eva's output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date.
Eva is not legal, medical, financial, or emergency advice. Do not rely on Eva for urgent, safety-critical, or professionally regulated decisions. Contact a qualified professional or emergency service when appropriate.
Acceptable use
You may use Eva only lawfully and for accounts and data you are authorized to access.
Prohibited conduct includes:
- using Eva to violate law, rights, privacy, contracts, or provider terms;
- connecting another person's account without clear authorization;
- attempting to extract, publish, or misuse credentials or private data;
- interfering with security, reliability, access controls, or usage limits;
- using automated means to overload, probe, or disrupt the service;
- misrepresenting Eva's output as verified professional advice or human authorship.
Connected accounts and integrations
Eva works with third-party services only when an authorized user connects them. Those services have their own terms, permissions, availability, and privacy practices. You are responsible for keeping your accounts secure and complying with those terms.
You may revoke connected-account permission through the relevant provider. Eva may suspend or disconnect an integration to protect data, respond to provider changes, investigate misuse, or maintain service reliability.
Ownership and feedback
You retain rights you already hold in information you connect or provide. You grant Eva only the permission needed to process that information for the service described in the Privacy policy.
Eva's software, visual identity, website, and original materials remain owned by their respective rights holders and may also be subject to the repository's license. Voluntary feedback may be used to improve Eva without an obligation to compensate you.
Availability and changes
Eva may be unavailable during maintenance, provider outages, development, or at any other time. There is no guarantee of continuous availability, data synchronization, notification delivery, feature continuity, or preservation of beta data.
Access may be limited, suspended, or ended at any time, including when necessary to secure the service or comply with third-party requirements.
Warranty and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Eva is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, fitness, merchantability, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Eva project and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, opportunity, revenue, goodwill, or expected benefit arising from beta use. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and applicable terms
These terms may be updated as Eva evolves. The effective date will be changed when a revision is published. Continued authorized use after a revision means you accept the updated terms.
Applicable law governs these terms without selecting a jurisdiction that has not yet been formally established for public service. Mandatory consumer protections, if any, remain unaffected.
